St Lucia Airport Shuttle is a major provider of airport transfers to and from UVF Airport, UVF which is the code for St. Lucia’s international airport Hewanorra located in the south of the island. UVF Hewanorra International Airport is located in the small town of Vieux Fort and is the hub for all St Lucia major airlines including JetBlue Airlines, American Airlines, US Airways and Virgin Atlantic to name a few.

Do I need to confirm my transfer before my arrival date and for my return date?
Yes. You must confirm your arrival and your departure including pickup time for the journey back. Please ensure you leave in plenty of time to get you at the airport for at least 2 to 3 hours before your flight.
My holiday destination has changed, how do I change my booking?
If you change resort or number of people in your party you must let us know in advance. We will be able to quote you for the required change, then update your booking if necessary.
Can I make a special request for my transfer?
Yes you may. If you are celebrating a special event and would like champagne or wine on your private transport, you can make a request in your booking. St. Lucia Airport Shuttle Agents and professional island guides would do their best to accommodate your request and to keep our travel family happy.
FIRST TIME VISITORS
How do I find my driver?
In most cases your driver will be waiting in at the arrival lounge at the airport with a St. Lucia Airport Shuttle sign bearing your name or the lead name of your group.
What happens if I cannot find my driver?
If you cannot find your St. Lucia Airport Shuttle driver you may contact one of our agents on the contact number provided on our website or email signature. The agent should also provide you with the driver’s number after your pick up or drop off have been confirmed in the email.
How long will I have to wait at the airport?
If you have booked a Private Transfer your driver should be ready to depart as soon as your group has arrived. As soon as all these passengers have arrived you will be transported directly to your destination. Where flights arrive on time we aim to leave immediately after meeting your driver. If you have been delayed please contact a St. Lucia Airport Shuttle Agent on the number provided online to organize transport.
GENERAL
I have lost my luggage. Will St. Lucia Airport Shuttle collect it for me later?
All the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage to be forwarded to your resort address.
I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?
Please contact your Agent on the number provided online or contact your private island guide. Alternatively you can e-mail a St. Lucia Airport Shuttle Agent with details of the missing items and your transfer. We will then endeavor to have the items returned to you. A charge may be applicable.
How long is the journey to the resort from the St Lucia Airports?
Approximate direct journey times will be given on requests. For instance:
UVF Hewanorra International Airport to Soufriere – 45 minutes
UVF Hewanorra International Airport to Castries/North of Island – 1 hour 35 minutes
George F.L. Charles/SLU to Soufriere – 1 hour 15 minutes
George F.L. Charles/SLU to Vieux Fort/South of Island – 1 hour 20 minutes
I have lots of luggage, will there be room?
St. Lucia Airport Shuttle’s fleet of vehicles has sufficient space for all accommodations. Persons travelling with a group can have an extra shuttle to carry all luggage, however this comes with an added fee.
Can we stop off at the supermarket, ATM or attraction sights en route to our resort?
Yes you may stop to go to the supermarket, ATM, or attraction sight. Inform your island guide of where you would like to make the stop and he would be more than delighted to make the stop.
Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route?
All St. Lucia Airport Shuttle’s transfers are private and would take you directly from the airport to your destination.
Does the transfer vehicle have seat belts?
All vehicles on our fleet have seat belts. We care about our client’s safety and would not transport any client on a vehicle without seat belts. The vehicles in our fleet are constantly under inspection, therefore our clients are always guaranteed safety.
What type of vehicles do you have?
The majority of St. Lucia Airport Shuttle Transfers are supplied in the new model Toyota Hiace minibus, or an equivalent vehicle. However other vehicles will be used to specifically accommodate your group, whatever the size.
I do not have a resort address, where will I be dropped off/ picked up?
If you are unable to supply a full resort address this is no problem for our team of professional island guides. Each team member of St. Lucia Airport Shuttle know the exact location of every resort in St. Lucia
I have a disability and require that my wheelchair be catered for, will this be possible?
Should you be able to travel without requiring assistance we will only be able to accommodate a foldable wheelchair. Please add a note in your email ensuring that we are aware of the wheelchair and confirming it is foldable.

Are prices per person or is that the total price?
When you inquire about a price for a transfer the price quoted would be the TOTAL price. We firmly believe that the price you see is the price you pay!
